Here are three simple movements ✅ Gentle movement through full range of motion in the wrists can feel good and loosen the joints while releasing muscle tension ☝🏽 The wrist rolls are my personal favorite and can be helpful to use throughout the day ✅ For the wrist rolls and the yo down movement. Starting with 10-20 receptions may be helpful ✨ For the farmers carries, the heavier the weight, the more your grip will be challenged. Start with a weight you’re comfortable with first then don’t be afraid to challenge yourself 😇 You can set a timer for this one, 30-60 seconds may be a good place to start. Wrist pain can be reduced with movements that feel good.
